What platforma are you on? Have you compiled everything yourselv and in the
same environment. 

does this also crash?
gst-inspect-0.10 gstrtpmanager

if so try
gdb --args gst-inspect-0.10 --gst-disable-registry-fork gstrtpmanager
and then check if you get a backtrace. Alternatively in gdb before running do
set follow-fork-mode=child
