Yes I think.

Note that even if I do not know if a lot a ISP (Internet Service Providers)
that provide multiroom streams, a list of 'command line pipelines' examples,
that shows how to acces to those Internet Boxes (Feebox in France, etc...)
should be put somewhere on the gstreamer-wiki.
