Also, on a side note: SubLib is GPL, which means a plugin depending on it is
unlikely to ever make it into gst-plugins-base or gst-plugnis-good. I'd also
prefer C implementations in GStreamer. The way the subparse element works is a
bit awkward, but nothing forces you to use it if you find it too cumbersome.
