        * gst/udp/gstudpsrc.c: (gst_udpsrc_finalize), (gst_udpsrc_start),
        (gst_udpsrc_stop):
        Properly balance WSA_Cleanup with WSA_Startup.
        Also make the poll controllable on windows. Fixes #520888.
