I have been very frustrated in trying to use the GStreamer tool because the
documentation does not mirror the posted downloads. Look at these two pages:

http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/

I have downloaded and built EVERY module on the second page, then tried to
proceed through the "Using GStreamer" (first page) and am halted on this
step...

"Can my system play sound through GStreamer?"

The problem is that EVERY single one of the "output plugins" is missing! Where
do we get these plugins? How do I proceed beyond this seemingly simple step
with no documented place to find the plugins that I can use?
