Programmatically, yes.

Titles should start from 1 ... (0,0,0 might default to 1, not sure)

There's another (already open, existing) bug about chapter selection not
working on startup. Not sure about angels, it's unlikely your dvd has multiple
angles.

You can't. It won't help. There's no point at the moment. It won't work.
