Please describe the problem:
I don't know how to describe better. Try to play
http://www.ct24.cz/vysilani/?streamtype=RH (Czech Live TV News stream)
or
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/ram/live_infent.ram (BBC Worldservice)
with totem (or gst-launch playbin) and the result is aboslutely horrible.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run gst-launch -v playbin uri=`curl
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/ram/live_infent.ram`2>&1 |tee
gst-launch-log.txt


Actual results:
something awfull -- sound is cacaphonic, unlistenable

Expected results:
getting my dose of latest news
