I can't reproduce bad/choppy playback with default sound-juicer settings
(Gstreamer pipeline: audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100,channels=2 ! faac ! ffmux_mp4)

I neither see video icons for encoded files. This is on Ubuntu 8.04

gstreamer 0.10.18

Can we close this, Tommaso?
