We've exchanged encoded audio samples and  I could not reproduce choppy
playback, neither Tommaso. Altough his sample sounds a bit strange to me ...

anyways, we concluded that the matter of this report is no longer valid.

Tommaso feel free to open new reports about other issues, like the 'trembling'
audio.
