Problem is, it still doesn't fix the problem.

Totem gets lengths of 33 hours for a 30 minutes program. Seeking within the
known limits work (I get the first picture to the seek point, but never more).
It might be a problem with the Fluendo MPEG-TS demuxer, but it's the only TS
demuxer matching the needed caps (decoder-video/mpegts,
systemstream=(boolean)true, packetsize=(int)188 (ignoring))
