Please describe the problem:
Even when given --enable-gtk-doc=no to configure, the installation fails

Steps to reproduce:
run configure on a system without gtkdoc
run make
run make install


Actual results:
...

which: no gtkdoc-rebase in (/usr/bin:/bin)
