This is also the case when only sending audio from one process to another on
the same machine, but with the following errors:

On the receiver side:
gstbin.c(2121): do_bin_latency ():
Failed to configure latency of 0:00:00.000000000

On the sender side:
Failed to configure latency of 0:00:00.059333333
