Some networks (the public DVB-T network in the Netherlands being one example)
transmit additional frequencies which should be scanned by a DVB application
looking for all available transport streams by adding a frequency list
descriptor (0x62) in the NIT.

The attached patch implements support for the frequency list descriptor in
mpegdemux.
