There are a few people in the Ubuntu world who are having trouble with their
webcams, just as described in the title.

Seems to me that this is an upstream bug.

(On a side note: I thought I had this bug, but my webcam turned out to be
working ok.  But, thats why I'm the filer on these bugs.)
