  GStreamer | gst-plugins-base | Ver: git
Summary: gst_rtcp_packet_get_type should not assert on packet
                    content
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: tester at tester.ca
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

gst_rtcp_packet_get_type currently asserts if the packet type field is set to 0
in a packet, it should just return it to the application (which is then free to
ignore that packet).
