  GStreamer | gst-plugins-good | Ver: 0.10.21
Summary: [jpegdec] Doesn't support additional 0xff before end
                    marker
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.21
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-good
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: arnout at mind.be
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Some Sony IP camera's insert extra 0xff bytes before the end marker (I would
guess for alignment, except that it aligns to an odd byte...). jpegdec,
however, only skips over 0xff bytes if they don't appear in front of the end
marker.

Example JPEG and patch follow.
