I recently got some m4v streams with ac-3 audio, which a friend created on hiss
Mac, and totem wouldn't play them. I've tracked this down to qtdemux not
handling this correctly. It didn't recognize the fourcc, and it didn't
AC-3 sound has a fixed bitrate. The attached patch fixes this. Now things work
perfect in totem.
