I regularly get build failures when building/distchecking GStreamer core with
-j4:

This looks like a problem in docs/manuals.mak (I attempted to fix this in
commit 7a265c1451ff97bf11064f8d214ef89083ba6641 but in retrospect that commit
doesn't make sense at all and doesn't even touch the bits where images.entities
are created).
