The stream_time field of GstPipeline is not used anymore and all fields are
initialized to zero by GObject at instantiation already anyway. Your problem
seems to be something different (discontinuities in your stream). Could you
provide some more information, like how to reproduce it (maybe with a sample
file) and what versions of gstreamer and the plugins you're using?
