Please describe the problem:
An encoder stops streaming after about 30 seconds.
http://folk.uio.no/meccano/reflector/smallclient.html
shows an example that the timeout field in the Session key in the SETUP
response indicates an interval at which e.g. OPTIONS should be requested to
keep the stream alive.
