GStreamer | gst-plugins-ugly | Ver: git
Summary: AMR plugins should check for opencore-amr .pc files
Product: GStreamer
Version: git
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-ugly
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
ReportedBy: michael.monreal at gmx.net
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
GNOME version: 2.27/2.28
GNOME milestone: Unspecified
Currently the AMR plugins don't check the .pc files (which were recently added
to opencore-amr):
configure: *** checking feature: amrnb library ***
configure: *** for plug-ins: amrnb ***
checking for Decoder_Interface_init in -lopencore-amrnb... no
configure: *** These plugins will not be built: amrnb
configure: *** checking feature: amrwb library ***
configure: *** for plug-ins: amrwbdec ***
checking for D_IF_decode in -lopencore-amrwb... no
configure: *** These plugins will not be built: amrwbdec
Besides cleaner auto-foo, this would also easily allow to build against an
opencore-amr which is not installed in /usr, which currently doesn't seem to be
possible.
