Summary: GStreamer can't decode ADPCM files
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.24
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: don't know

         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: 2.27/2.28
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Please describe the problem:
I receive phone messages by e-mail from my voip company in the adpcm wav file
format. VLC on Ubuntu handle these files well, but not Totem or Rhythmbox. I
suspect this is a GStreamer bug.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file (08091343.wav: hanging phone) with either Totem or
Rhythmbox.
2. Both programs try to download an ADPCM codec, then fail to play the file.
