Created an attachment (id=141737)
Adds AG_GST_ARG_WITH_PKG_CONFIG_PATH

Can't use --with-pkg-config-path=... without it. That is required for my
buildbot (it doesn't work well with PKG_CONFIG_PATH defined from as an
environment variable)
pkg.m4 is in common, so why can't we take advantage of its features? All
packages are using this feature.
