After the application of the fix for Bug 602887, the shout2send plugin now
transmits data faster than the actual stream data. The result is that stream
clients occasionally skip forward, when the server's buffer is exhausted.

I assume that this is because the plugin is not actually waiting as long as the
library asks.

I have confirmed that this is an issue with the patch applied, but not with the
patch removed.
