Fixed version of the header.

gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/tree/sys/dshowvideosink/dshowvideosink.h should
declare a virtual destructor on the RendererSupport class, otherwise the
destructors of the derived render support objects will not be called.
Fixed header attached.
