It seems that I can't reassign it so, should I close this one and open an other
bug report on Totem ?

I got this message when I try to change the product from Gstreamer to Totem : 

"You tried to change the Target Milestone field from HEAD  to ---  , but only
the assignee of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user may change that
field. "

And, "---" is the only choice I have for the Target Milestone.
