rtpmanager does not fully release pads, we use it with 500 simultaneous RTP
streams from different kind of rtp implementations ( softphones, embedded
software/proprietary hardware,..etc ), IMHO rtpmanager should not be moved to
-good till releasing all pads are properly implemented.
