I have same problem on Fedora 10. Video playback or video acquire with cheese
used to be OK but since a few days it's now "blueish". (I don't know what I ve
done which could cause that. maybe one of the automatic updates ?)

I m using nvidia driver package from the rpmfusion repository.

I launched gstreamer-properties, moving the selected entry to the "X-Window
System (without Xv)" entry fixes the problem (it was previously
"Autodetected"), other items doesn't change anything.
