Please describe the problem:
Opening the following files within totem results in a codec not found dialog:

http://juergenvonderlippe.de/media/vegetarier_eins.rm

Steps to reproduce:
1. totem macken.rm

Actual results:
Totem presents a dialog for searching a codec as the audio codec does not seem
to be installed.

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
