In response to email from user: can you get us a stacktrace? They look like the
examples at http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces/Details#learn-about-stacktraces
and strace output isn't the same thing unfortunately.
http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces/Details#obtain-a-stacktrace has more
details on obtaining one.

We don't in general respond to direct emails, preferring to keep all
communication regarding bugs on the Bugzilla as much as possible.
