  GStreamer | gst-plugins-ugly | Ver: 0.10.10
Summary: MP3 play problem over pulseaudio
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.10
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-ugly
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: skarllot at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: 2.23/2.24
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Please describe the problem:
When I play mp3 files on Rhythmbox or Totem the file is played well but on
third second the playing is (like) paused and unpaused.
If I change device on GNOME sound preferences to OSS the mp3 file is played
well.
If I play mp3 file on GNOME MPlayer, targeted to pulseaudio, the file is played
well.

This began to happen after upgrade from Fedora 9 x86_64 to Fedora 10 x86_64.
Maybe the problem is the new pulseaudio that cames from new Fedora.
Please contact me if more info and tests are needed.

PS: this not happens to ogg files

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Rhythmbox or Totem
2. Play any mp3 file
3. Wait first seconds
