I fixed the WB case, it can only take 16KHz samples AFAIK.

        * ext/ffmpeg/gstffmpegcodecmap.c: (gst_ff_aud_caps_new):
        Narrow down the allowed channels and sample rates for AMR.
        Fixes #566647.
