I need a decent Gstreamer build for Windows but unfortunately, official build
is quite old .

I found a nice Gstreamer build with installer for Windows here:

Unfortunately, in this installation there are no plugins to play neither .mp3,
.wav nor .ogg
I've tried mixing the current official GStreamer plugin builds (bad,good,ugly,
...) with that installer, but this caused the gstreamer applications to crash
on any operation.

I hope to have a working, recent Gstreamer build for Windows OS. I find it
quite
important.
