Please describe the problem:
Media device stopped working after updating. Volume control has red no entry
sign through it. 

It says that there is no GStreamer plug in or device found.

No applications using sound will out put through  speakers.

Does this happen every time?
Yes. Tryed reboot and using different sessions but nothing.

Other information:
Have updated all possible updates but no fix yet.
