Except the rank changes this could immediately be committed. Could you separate
the rank change of h264parse from the parsed=true setting? The other patches
are good and I'll commit them all in one go later.


Also, MPEG 4 video will also often be inside qt/mp4 files so qtdemux should be
adjusted too.
