I haven't succeeded yet in compiling gstreamer with debug symbols on Windows
and then debugging it with gdb. Hopefully with a few more attempts...

I filed this bug mostly as a reminder that there's still something wrong in
this test.

Thusfar I can see that the GetCapsFunction gets called, but the src.Caps line
doesn't return.
