Please describe the problem:
There are some cases when you need to request a key frame from the encoder
(Video Fast Update, for example) this is not currently possible with
gst-ffmpeg. The only encoder which supports it is theora encoder in
gst-plugins-base. It would be nice to have this in ffmpeg as well.
