------- Comment #2 from Jan Schmidt  2009-03-18 18:10 UTC -------
This is already fixed in git master, and will be in the upcoming
gst-plugins-ugly 0.10.11 release. I think it was this commit:

commit 46c5294930698e9a2bfca950be6041cbf60ba329
Author: Michael Smith <msmith at xiph.org>
Date:   Tue Oct 14 19:28:05 2008 +0000

    gst/mpegaudioparse/gstmpegaudioparse.c: Calculate samples per frame
correctly for "MPEG 2.5" layer 3.

    Original commit message from CVS:
    * gst/mpegaudioparse/gstmpegaudioparse.c:
    Calculate samples per frame correctly for "MPEG 2.5" layer 3.
    Fixes skipping on these files.
