Marsjanin: as Edward said the bump is for a reason, after configure, you should
not try to rebuild the whole package. Just build v4l2:
cd sys/v4l2
make
LANG=C GST_DEBUG="*:2,v4l2*:5" gst-launch 2>debug.log GST_PLUGIN_DIR=.
gst-launch v4l2src ! xvimagesink

So there is no need to even install it.
