Sorry, I must have missed the email for comment 1. 

The reason I needed this was because I needed to control which port the udpsink
used so that I could then use Netem to simulate having a low quality connection
on this port only. 

This is not a very high-priority scenario so go ahead and close this bug if you
wish. :)
