Test program

Compile: gcc $(pkg-config --cflags --libs gstreamer-0.10) -o test-reuse
test-reuse.c

Run: GST_DEBUG=2 ./test-reuse "pulsesrc num-buffers=100 ! identity
check-perfect=true ! fakesink"

This shows the warnings from identity about the repeating 0 timestamps.
