A recent libmss might have this bug.  If not using a proxy, it uses the
mmsh://... url that is passed it verbatim in a HTTP GET, rather than
http://..., and so the request fails.  Using mms might lead to mmst or mmsu
being used, so that might work instead.

Also moved to -bad, as that is a bit closer to the likely cause, which is
probably even more upstream.
