test app

When resuing pulse src a 2nd time (PLAYING -> READY -> PLAYING), one receives
empty (silence) buffers initialy that seem to cover as much time as the
pulsesrc was running previously.

Attached is a test to reproduce it, build as:
gcc `pkg-config gstreamer-0.10 --cflags --libs` -o test
