If something like:
gst-launch playbin uri="udp://@239.255.11.1:1234"
or:
gst-launch playbin2 uri="udp://@239.255.11.1:1234"
works, then please file a new bug against Totem.

Otherwise, please file a new bug against gst-plugins-good here.
