Anyway, this bug is less relevant now, 19 months later: the process of building
GStreamer with MinGW/MSys is more-or-less fixed. The only real non-trivial part
is to set up MinGW/MSys, and that is being taken care of by MinGW developers
(mingw-get).

Personally, i'd like to see scons being used, but that doesn't really solve the
immediate problem (so you have to set up scons environment instead of msys,
what's the difference?).
