Hey,

We're using gnonlin with Vala, and we've come to a point where we need a .vapi
file to use some specific objects.  We'd like to use vapigen to generate this
file, but unfortunately, to do this we need a pkg-config file for gnonlin (.pc
file).  

We're starting work on one, but is this a reasonable thing to include in the
next patch?
