Looks good. Exif wants 
DateTime as string, "YYYY:MM:DD HH:MM:SS"
GPSTimeStamp as 3 rational, time in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
GPSDateStamp as string, "YYYY:MM:DD"

all can be derived from it.
