I didn't store the pointers to the src/sinkpads in the instance struct because
I wanted to keep the code easy to read by using a minimum of variables. But I
should probably prefer performance instead...

That being said, I couldn't get the plugins to work after these modifications
(-> not-negociated). I don't really understand why.
