pulsesink volume problem reproducer

gstreamer-plugins-good-0.10.15-4.fc11.i586
pulseaudio-0.9.17-1.fc12.i686

Using the attached test program, you can see the volume diminishing every time
a new file is loaded:
** Message: notify_volume_idle_cb 0.245161
** Message: notify_volume_idle_cb 0.245143
** Message: notify_volume_idle_cb 0.245125
** Message: notify_volume_idle_cb 0.245107
** Message: notify_volume_idle_cb 0.245090

To reproduce:
- Compile test program
- Launch totem and play a file, set the stream volume (either in Totem, or in a
volume control application, the test program will use Totem's settings for the
default stream volume)
- launch the test program with a video or audio file as argument
- see the volume reducing each time the file is reloaded
