Hello,

the version of gst-plugins-bad is "streamer0.10-plugins-bad 0.10.13-1ubuntu1"

My sample file is 
http://dirac.kw.bbc.co.uk/download/video/maybefinal/bbb-tr1000.ts
I saved this file under  ~/Desktop
